New Jersey CHD Awareness Walk
  The 1st Annual N. New Jersey CHD Awareness Walk will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2008.

Donations from the walk will go toward CHD research, promote CHD awareness and help fund It’s My Heart’s Hospital Programs.
