The first prerequisites to leading a local chapter are commitment, passion and the desire to help those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Disease. We will help you get started in this important endeavor and be there every step of the way. IMH is a 501c3 and gladly extends our Group Exemption to all chapters, thereby providing a strong foundation for each chapter’s success.
