Open Hearts Camp – Great Barrington, MA (For ages 8-16 – who have had open heart surgery or a transplant)

Camp Boggy Creek – Eustis, FL (For seriously ill children – weekend camps for the entire family)

Camp Bon Coeur – Lafayette, LA (Created by Lafayette General Medical Center and Mended Hearts, Inc. – Week 1 – Ages 7-11 – Week 2 – 12-16)

Camp Brave Heart – Lincoln, NE (For Children ages 9-14 who have cardiology health conditions) Contact: Jennifer Strawn (402) 955-4350

Camp del Corazon – Catalina Island, CA (For ages 7 – 17 with heart disease)

Camp Holiday Trails – Charlottesville, VA (For Ages 5 – 17, also have family weekends) Camp Kaleidoscope – (Must be a patient at Duke University Medical Center)

Camp Meridian – Tuftonboro, NH (3 day overnight heart camp for children Ages 8-12) Camp Moss – (sponsored by the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas & Cooks Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth)

Camp Odayin – Stillwater, MN (For ages 8 – 17, offering Day Camps, Residential Camps and Family Camp weekend in October.)

Camp Rhythm – Eureka, MO (A 5-day/4-night camp for children who were born with a heart defect or developed a heart problem that required intervention and ongoing follow-up care prior to the age of 18. We are very excited to be changing locations for Camp ’09…you will find us at Camp Wyman in Eureka, MO on July 6 – 10, 2009.)

Hope With Heart – West Milford, NJ (for Ages 7-15) Victory Junction Gang – Randleman, NC (For ages 7-15 – Chronic illnesses)
